No … we do not agree with the selling of baseless novelty items that are advertised as real! Some assert copyrights and trademarks as if that means anything (the trademarks are for space related novelty items). They legally protect themselves as sellers of meaningless trinkets, but market their wares as if they were real. Where is the validation? … not from some made up acronym (ACME etc).

Everything that we issue is 100% REAL (and everything on this page is FREE), and has been validated through scrutiny by independent world-leading legal experts, UK Government Legal Department and UK High Court. We instigated all that to show transparency. Their reports are published in our website legal section. We are proud of that.

The stuff on this page is not so serious, but is still very real. Whilst there is no triple lock security (with Certificates of Authenticity on the blockchain) like we have with certificates in the main “Claims” section, there is still stamping of names and order numbers on our provisional certificates.

These glossy certificate bundles comprise a cover-note and 2 provisional claim certificates (one serious and one cartoonish). These certificate also make great FREE gifts for both kids and adults. You can have the recipints name automatically stamped on the certificates along with a unique order ID number.

We have 2 types because the world is split between spelling Tsar or Czar … so we let you choose.

These Certificates pre-approve you towards registration of a valid claim to land on Mars.

What does that mean? … If The Martians project turn out to be successful, we will enable the legal title of ownership to go to All Humankind (held in trust by a UN Committee)… the beneficial ownership title would be shared between all our co-claimants. This would be divided down into 5.4M plots… HUGE PLOTS which vary from 9 to 35 Sq KM (8500 acres).

Now, 2000 of those plots are allocated to a random draw for these provisional certificate holders (1000 for Mars Czars and 1000 for Tsars of Mars). Of course, this could be years away, even though we are confident.

So, we provide additional opportunity for those provisional certificate holder. They (as well as holders of the formal Mars Land Claim Certificates) can enroll in our weekly prize giveaway: Make Me a Martian Millionaire. We give away one Standard Mars land Claim every week. I f such a vast area of land was registered into ownership (as per our plans), the owner would have land valued in excess of $1M (that is at $100 per acre… it will quickly climb from that).

This Free Draw (giveaway) runs weekly. Entry is open to Certificate holders (either the formal Mars Land Claims or the Mars Czars/Tsars of Mars Certs).
Each week a winner is randomly drawn (then checked against register of certificate holders). If all is valid/correct, the winner gets a free voucher for a Standard Mars Land Claim Certificate. The average size of plot that will be allocated to this cert will be 22 Sq Km in size. In future, if/when this land become owned as property, it’s early worth should exceed $200 per acre = more than $1.1 Million for the plot of land.
